Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For the first order, we do not require an MOQ. For subsequent orders, the MOQ is 20 units. You can mix multiple models in one container. We look forward to growing together.
How can I get a sample and what is the cost?
We can prepare a sample for you in approximately 5-7 days. The sample cost and postage fees will be fully refunded once a 40HQ container order is placed.
What are your accepted terms of payment?
We currently accept TT (Telegraphic Transfer) payments and Western Union for your convenience.
How long does delivery take after ordering?
It typically takes between 5 to 15 days to complete the full production cycle for your cargo.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
We offer a 2-3 year guarantee on the entire product. Additionally, we provide a 5-year warranty on specific components including the castor, base, and gas lift.
